I'm Ena Aholelei, and Pahurehure is one of the pockets I work every week on the Pat Lapalapa Group team. It's a small, tightly held suburb on the southern edge of the Manukau Harbour, and the recent sales below give a far more honest read on it than the suburb median alone.

The headline number first

Over the last 12 months, the median sale price in Pahurehure sits around $910,000 (Source: realestate.co.nz suburb insights, REINZ data, as at July 2026). Pahurehure is a small suburb with fewer sales than its Papakura neighbours, so a single strong or weak sale can move that headline more than in a bigger market. The individual sales below matter more here than in most suburbs.

Recent sold properties

Every row below is a real, individually verified sale, address, price, sale date, and whatever of beds, bathrooms, parking and land size was publicly available for that specific property at time of writing. Where a field wasn't published, I've left it out rather than guess it. I also found several other Pahurehure addresses listed as "sold" on portal search pages that, on closer checking, were still active listings awaiting auction rather than confirmed sales, I've excluded those rather than risk an inaccurate number.

What that actually tells you

3 Rippleside Place cleared well above the suburb median, and it's on Pahurehure's water-facing side of the market, where the inlet outlook adds real value on top of the standard house price. 99 Rushgreen Avenue and 38 Lakeside Drive both sold closer to the headline number, more typical of Pahurehure's inland streets. That split, waterfront premium versus standard inland pricing, is the single biggest factor in what a Pahurehure home is actually worth, more than the suburb median on its own will ever tell you.
